Thank you for your question. The longest harness like this we offer is 20 ft long. It is part number 5223. You can extend the length of this harness yourself as long as you make good connections and use the same gauge wire.

For the ten pin plug, what size/name is the connector that clamps the wire and holds it in the plug? (metallic, cylinder shaped pin. A molex/JR pin?)
We use a snap-in micro pin connector. For further assistance please give us a call at 866-248-6356.

Do you have the sensor extension harness with both male and female end that can straight extend the length of the sensor? The one end of #5223 is connect to the gauge so can not be a extender?
We do not offer an actual extender for this harness. The only option for anything longer would be a 20 foot harness, model 5223.

Does this work with the old lunar model 4163? Read the other comments that you said the light bulb wires are built into that harness but my gauge has those 2 coming from the top. Then the bigger plug below.
Thank you for contacting us. The Lunar Series Fuel Pressure may have been an earlier style gauge that used a secondary “black box” or module between the gauge head and sender. If you have this black box, this harness will not work. If you’re not sure or acquired the gauge second hand, send us a picture of the front and back of the gauge along with your original question to [email protected].

The harness end that connects to the back of the gauge has several open connections. Are any of these duplicate for signal? I'm trying to share the transducer with the gauge and my ECU input. Thx.
Thank you for your inquiry. The open cavities are not connected to anything. The output from the sender cannot be shared with another device.

What are 3 wires for? Signal, ground, and... ? Which colors are what?
Thank you for your question. Three wires are integrated into the connector that plugs into the sensor. Those are a black ground, purple signal, and gray 5v reference. The 3 wire leads not incorporated in that connector are Red 12v power, Black ground, and white 12v lighting power.
