QUESTIONS:
In understand that this is an RS232 Connection - What does each wire do? 12V+(red), Ground (black), Data send or receive?(white)? What kind of data? Can this be connected to a NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183 or such to get GPS data?
We’ve recently uploaded the instructions for this part (https://www.autometer.com/pub/media/manual/2650-1821.pdf) that will hopefully show more information. Our GPS speedometers can accept this connector and they can be used with an external NMEA data source. If you have further questions. please reach out to our tech team at [email protected].

Is there a wiring diagram and specs on this connector?
We’re updating the site to get the instructions up shortly for this model. Otherwise, it is just a simple 3 wires with a 3 pin Hirose connector that matches to a connector on our GPS speedometers.
