how long is the provided sensor to gage harness? can I extend the length if not long enough?

This gauge comes with a 5226 harness. It is 8 ft long. If you need to extend it you can, but you need make sure that you have good connections and maintain 0 resistance through the harness.

Is this a mechanical or electrical gauge ? In the description is says 1/8 Npt and also that it has remote sensors to keep hazardous fluids out of the cab. I'm looking for electrical gauges.

Tom, This would be a full sweep stepper motor gauge. This would come with it's own harness and sender that connects to the back of the gauge.
