REVIEWS:

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good investment Looks exactly like the picture, installation was quick & easy. Extremely bright, maybe a little too bright to have high beams on at night, but I'm still pleased with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good deal for the money We purchased these indicator lights for my wife's 66 C10 to install with the new direct fit gauge panel. The gauges are Antique Beige. She is very happy with this light kit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice N Bright. I bought these a couple months back. I did not use them for blinkers or high beam light. I used them as power indicator lights for a carpet cleaning machine which has high vibration and so far these LED lights can take it and are working great.

QUESTIONS:

I see where it was asked how to dim down the blue high beam LED but didn't see an answer other than that you were working with resistors, did you come up with a fix?

Asked by: RickJo
Please send us an email to [email protected] and we can go over instructions on how to dim them.

I'd like to use these LEDs in a 72 Nova as I rebuild the dash. Can I simply cut the wires that lead to my dash blinker indicators now (regular bulbs) and butt-splice these into the existing wires? Or is some sort of inline resister / diode needed first?

Asked by: Anonymous
You can simply splice these in. The harness for the lights already have a resistor in-line.

I have installed this set of lights in my 71 truck, the green turn signal lights work perfectly. The blue hi-beam light is extremely bright. Is there a suggestion on how to dim the blue light down?

Asked by: Bruce1
As per our email, we are going to do some testing on this and provide you with the information we find out for resistors.

what size wire do the 3283 lights have and what is the best way to tie them to a 16 gauge wire.

Asked by: Willie
Thank you for your question. They would be a 20ga wire. If you are looking to extend the wiring, we recommend using solder along with heatshrinking the joint.

Hi, Once these LEDs are pressed into a 11/64 hole, can they be removed? One of the small black wires came out of the back of the LED and I'm hoping to be able to fix it. Thanks Tyler

Asked by: TKing
Yes if you’re very careful the same thing happened to me

Do these fit in the auto meter gauges?

Asked by: DavidAP35
Thank you for your question. These are used for our dash kits or is a customer is looking to create their own panel. This will retain turn signals and high beam indicators.
