can you change the gages for different gages ?

These kits are only as you see them, so no substitutions. You would have to purchase the empty pillar mount and gauges individually.

does this item include a thermocouple?

Is the color of the pillar in the picture the actual color? If so is there an option for the other color interior of 3 gen dodge?

Hi Silver, thank you so much for the question. Our Gen 3 Dodge Full Pillar is molded in tan/beige to match the original tan interior. However, our pods and pillars are paintable and can be painted with an automotive interior paint that is safe for ABS plastic.
