Natalie Klemko WingLess Sprinter

Racing has always been in Natalie’s blood when she started cycling at the age of 5 where she was the top-level cyclist competing all over the country. During that time, she was a four-time US National Champion representing the US in two World Championship events, and she raced on a United States professional team for two years. With the passion of racing, she secured a 10th place finish in the Wisconsin WingLess Sprint Series for the 2020 season.

Natalie’s father, Mike, dedicated his life to dirt late model racing in the early 1970’s which continued into the early 1980’s. Over the years, he shared his love for racing cars with Natalie and her brother, Chris. After a two-year battle with cancer, in August of 2012, Mike left the family far too early. In May 2015, Chris started making plans on fulfilling his father’s dreams and bringing Klemko Race Team back to the track once again. In 2017, Natalie debuted on the track for her Rookie season in a wingless sprint car, #20 alongside her brother.

Natalie’s car this year is a DRC Chassis with a fiberglass body, quick change rear end and a 28-gallon fuel cell. All fluids are Lucas Oil Products. The 350 cubic inch Chevrolet is equipped with aluminum heads and a Quick Fuel carburetor running Methanol. The big 18-inch-wide Keizer wheels with Hoosier tires help guide her around the turns. Her crew; Joe, John, and Kevin built the car over the winter.
