Thank you for your question. After you receive your speedometer you can send it in to us and we can add miles to the odometer to match your current mileage. There is a $25 fee to do this and we can only add miles. we can never remove miles. Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately due to federal law, odometers can never be reset to zero. You would have to replace your speedometer to accomplish this.

If you're experiencing a jumpy pointer on a mechanical speedometer, we'd recommend first checking to confirm the cable is properly lubricated then ensuring there are no severe bends or kinks in the cable.
