QUESTIONS:

I am trying to find the fitting for the fuel rail Schrader valve to hookup the sending unit for the fuel pressure gauge on a 2005 Corvette so I can install all the expensive 3 gauges I have to hook up and install, Boost, Fuel pressure, and wide band O2.

Asked by: Stevey ray
Thank you for your question. The fitting size is actually -4AN. You can “de-core” the fitting on the fuel rail then attached -4 braided line like our 3227, then remote mount the fuel pressure sender. Alternatively, there are various fuel rail adapters on the market, including one from https://www.metcomotorsports.com

I have a pro comp oil pressure gauge with the braided line. The line is leaking at the line fitting coming out of the engine which is a 385 series big block ford. I do not know if the line is bad or the fitting is wrong. I need a kit that corrects that.

Asked by: Douglh01
Hello! We offer #3AN and #4AN braided line kits that come with the necessary fittings for a 385 Series Ford Big Block. If it is our braided line kit and you’ve narrowed it down to a specific fitting, please send a detailed email to us here describing what you need; https://www.autometer.com/contacts/

I recently bought this kit to replace the plastic line that comes with #2397, but im not having any luck finding a line to gauge adapter. Is there a diffrent kit or adapter available?

Asked by: shemes
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately you will have to use a small nylon hose with compression fittings in order to adapt this kit to the gauge. This will work on all of our Auto Meter gauges as they use a -4AN thread on the back of the gauge. The Auto Gage line unfortunately only uses a compression fitting.

Can I use product #3234 on my #3411 fuel pressure gauge and can I cut one end off to feed it through a small area, then can I reinstall a fitting back on this hose with any problem?

Asked by: jtcomet
Thank you for your question. Yes, you can certainly use this line kit with that gauge. We would not recommend cutting the hose and reconnecting it. If you choose to do so, please contact our support team so we can assist you with the process specific to your application to ensure nothing gets damaged or ruined. Will this work on autogage gauges?

Asked by: BenjaminJ
Thank you for your question. It will work with all 2-5/8" AutoGage gauges. On the 2-1/16" AutoGage Gauges, they have a built in 1/8" compression fitting, so the best upgrade you could do on that is our copper tubing kit.

Which fitting would I need to adapt to the LS1 fuel rail?

Asked by: Chuck92
Thank you for your question. I would recommend using our #3227 braided line instead as you will want to use a 4AN fitting to install the line via the Shrader valve.

Hello is there a way to put two of these lines together to make them longer or do you sell a 10 foot line ? Thank you

Asked by: K.C.
Thank you for your question. We offer our steel line in 3, 4, and 6ft. The 6ft alternate to this one would be #3236. This line has -3AN female fittings on both ends so you could use a 3AN male to 3AN male adapter to attach two of these together.
