Is there a way to set the time? My boat has 100 hours on it already and I want to match the gauge with the current engine hours.
Unfortunately not. The gauge will begin to register hours upon first hookup and power applied.

What is the best way to hook up the power for only when the engine is on? Would the tach wire from the distributor work?
You could have any key on power so long as you do not have prolonged time. We can’t provide much direction on engine running recommendations.

is the hr meter available in phantom style and is there better pricing if i buy approx 8 different gauges for a dash panel thanks steve
