QUESTIONS:

Is there a green bulb cover for this gauge like the other auto meter gauges in this family (IE traditional water temp gauge), or do you simply order a green bulb. Please advise. MP

Asked by: MJJParisi
Yes, this gauge will include a red and green boot.

Is the bezel design for traditional chrome and old tyme black gauges the same? I am thinking of using an old tyme black clock which has white hands with my traditional chrome gauges having the orange hands if the bezels to match.

Asked by: Nort
Thank you for your question. Yes, the bezels on both those series will match.

I know the diameter but need the depth measurement

Hi there, thank you for the question. From the back of the bezel to the end of the mounting studs is 2-9/16". Keep in mind, however, that this would still not allow room to put the include mounting bracket over the studs and onto the gauge. Ideally you'll need about 4" behind the gauge for a proper and easy installation. In an extreme situation, with mounting studs trimmed down and custom mounting, you could get away with about 2-1/4".
