Taking the core features from AutoMeter’s Pro Wideband, the Street Wideband provides the most important functions necessary to make sure you’re extracting the most power possible, safely. Our advanced auto calibration system automatically calibrates your gauge on every startup to assure you of the highest degree of accuracy over the entire lifespan of your sensor (no free air calibration is ever necessary). Designed for gasoline applications, this wideband gauge provides the same degree of accuracy and response as the Pro version, but at a reduced cost. Data logging output is included for one wire or two wire systems. Our specially designed O2 sensor and wiring harness are included for ease of installation.

QUESTIONS:

Is this a CANbus capable gauge?

Asked by: Seananigans
This unit has no can bus capabilities. The only thing you can do would be to use the analog output wire to send a signal to your ECU to then define that value. For further assistance please give us a call at 866-248-6356.

Will the gauge and O2 sensor work with leaded race fuel?

Asked by: Big Pun
The information below can be found in our instructions: Fouling and/or permanent damage to the oxygen sensor over time will result if used with any of the following: • Leaded gasoline and fuel additives containing lead • 2 cycle gasoline (gas/oil mix) • Diesel Fuel • Nitromethane • Excessively rich mixtures

Does this gauge have a lean warning like the pro series does? If so is it audible and visual?

Asked by: Shans
The Street Series only offers a 0-4V data output. It does not have the warning/alarm function like the Pro or Pro Plus Wideband.

Stupidly we managed to melt the connector between the sensor and the display on a header tube, ruining the connector. Is it possible to simply splice the wires back together, or is anything special happening within the connector that would inhibit this?

Asked by: toyholic
Thank you for your question. We would not offer only a connector to splice in, but would highly advise against any splicing/soldering of Wideband harness wires. We would recommend a new 5298 harness.

I currently have your Sport Comp gauges (black face, silver rim) The dash lights on mr car are dimmed with a resistor, but are usually turned off, even at night. How is your wide ratio A/F 2-1/16” lit? Will it dim with my other gauges?

Asked by: Null
Thank you for your question. There is actually no illumination whatsoever on the Street Series or Pro-Series Digital Widebands. Only the perimeter LEDs light up. For something more comparable to the other gauge lighting, we’d recommend the analog 3370.

I know it says gasoline engines but was wondering if it will work with e85 fuel? I actually already have this gauge installed but have recently switched to blow through turbo setup on e85 fuel, just haven’t had the gauge turned on this time around yet.

Asked by: Brian1969
This gauge can read E-85 with no issues.
