I need an alt and oil pressure gage for my 1966 Ford PU. I only need the chrome top cover. Can the chrome piece be removed from this gage.

Hello Dianas, thank you for your question. The chrome bezel on the 1219 and the rest of the American Muscle Series is a chrome plated copper bezel that is machine pressed and crimped onto the gauge. It is not removable.

Do you have an oil pressure gauge with a chrome cup that I could mount on the cowl outside the car must have a light in it

Hi Mark, thank you for the question. We offer chrome cups in both 2-1/16" and 2-5/8" to mount our gauges. However, it's important to know that none of our instruments are designed to be mounted outside of a vehicle. The 2-1/16" mounting cup is model 2203 and the 2-5/8" is model 3201 or 3203.
