QUESTIONS:

What is the actual whole size for the 5" gauges on this?  Can it be made into a 5" hole if smaller?

Thank you for your question. The large holes are 4-5/8". The panel is made of ABS plastic, so you could cut the holes larger, but we would not recommend it.
